We are looking to hire a Customer service representative for our front office at our busy shop.
This role will primarily be to answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, greet customers at time of drop off and check them in, check customers out at time of pickup, manage email, text and phone follow up processes, assist in repair order assistant for service advisors and some other miscellaneous tasks!
We are open 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday only (no nights or weekends!).
